Japan Crate April 2015 Unboxing


JAPAN CRATE is a monthly Japanese Snack/Candy Subscription Service that delivers a half pound to two pound of snacks, candies and DIY's to your doorstep monthly.  Japan Crate offer 3 subscription boxes the Mini, Original and Premium.  All candies and snacks are in full size.

COST:  Choose from 3 boxes:
SHIPS WHERE:  They ship to any country , but if you are outside United States and additional of $10 - $15 will be added per crate depending on what box you choose.

CANCELLATION:  When you first subscribe, Japan Crate will be sending you an email link on where to cancel your subscription. So you have to save that link if you decide to cancel your service. But if you do lose it just email info@japancrate.com

WHAT'S INSIDE MY BOX:

1.  KONPEITO



Little candies that looks like rocks. These candies are sweet and crunchy.

2.  HI-CHEW MINIS


Really liked these hi-chew candies.  These hi-chews are somewhat different from the original ones.  Theses candies has a crunchy shell and a chewy center.  Flavors were apple, grape, pineapple and strawberry.

3.  FUJIYA FRUIT DROPS



These candies are sugar coated and sweet.  Flavors comes in Grape, Lemon, Pineapple and Strawberry.

4.  KANTORIMAAMU CRISPY


This cookie tasted great as expected of Country Ma'am. It was crispy and yummy. This one is made of oats and granola. A healthy way to indulge yourself.

5.  MEIJI WHITE CHOCOLATE


Meiji is one of my fave chocolate of all times.  So seeing this on my box made me really happy.

6.  ON SHOKORA HOUJUN BERRY



This is a dark chocolate with bits of strawberry and raspberry on it.  I'm not a fan of dark chocolates but i'm making this one an exception.  I think dark chocolates and strawberry/raspberry is a great combination.

7.  ANIMAL CAKE DIY


My kids grabbed this away as soon as they saw it.  I didn't even get to see how they made it.  All I can do is ask what they can say about this kit LOL....anyway they said it was really easy to make and they really like the cake a whole lot.  

8.  KAMI BIKKURIMAN WAFER


Another snack that I was not able to try and even see.  My kids said that its a chocolate filled wafer.  They said the wafer was really crunchy and the chocolate was sweet.

9.  POWER SQUASH

This is a drink mix of cotton candy, Red Bull and bubblegum.  It contains Vit B2, B6, C and A.  This drink was awesome.

10.  NERUNERU ICHIGO DIY


This DIY was not only fun to make but it tasted great too.  My son finished this all up in one seating.

11.  GLICO KAPURIKO



The cone was light and crispy.  I got mine in vanilla flavor.  

12.  KOUME CHAN PLUM GUMMY (BONUS ITEM)



This is a heart-shaped ume gummy with a yuzu jelly center.  I like gummies and this one made into my list.

VERDICT:  I LOVE JAPANESE SNACKS AND THINKING OF GETTIN THIS BOX EVERY MONTH EXCITES NOT ONLY ME BUT MY KIDS AS WELL.  I LOVE HOW THEY PACKAGE THEIR SNACKS AND THE UNIQUE TASTE OF ITS FLAVORS... THEY AMAZE ME ON HOW THEY CAN INVENT SUCH PRODUCTS.
