WHAT'S INSIDE THE BOX:

1.  SALTED CARAMEL APPLE OATMEAL COOKIES  ($6/6oz)
     Velvet Rope Bake Shop  (Sunvalley,CA)

"This brown sugar oatmeal cookie is packed with dried Fuji apples and salted caramel bits and finally topped off with Hepp's Aussie Flake Sea Salt.  It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty!"

Absolutely a great combination.  It's sweetness and saltiness just blended perfectly.

2.  LEMON POMEGRANATE BRITTLE ($7.50/6oz)
     Brooklyn Brittle  (Brooklyn,NY)

"As irresistible as an icy cold lemonade, the Lemon Pomegranate Brittle is the perfect spring treat."

I would have loved it if it were crunchy.  But nevertheless it still tasted great.

3.  ORANGE CHOCOLATE SANDWICH SHORTBREAD ($5/5oz)
     Two Moon Shortbread (Brooklyn,NY)

"Two pieces of shortbread infused with orange zest come together with chocolate ganache to form this divine sandwich."

This would have been great if it were chewy.

4.  PETITE BROWNIE BITES ($7/32oz)
     Sugar Bowl Bakery (Hayward,CA)

"These little bite sizes of heaven are classic!  Pssst, they taste even better warmed up with a glass of milk."

The best brownie i've ever tasted. Yes a perfect combo with a glass of milk

5.  MAPLE SHORTBREAD ($4.60/4oz)
     Vermont Moonlight Cookies (Shaftesbury,VT)

"Take a bite of this buttery shortbread and let your tastebuds be delighted by the sweet taste of maple syrup.  These maple-leaf shaped cookies are hand-cut and made with the best ingredients to make a treat that melts in your mouth."

Ate this with my fave hot tea on a rainy day.  I liked it so much.

VERDICT:  My MAY Orange Glad box just came in at the right time.  It was raining for the past few days and having these desserts with hot tea or coffee just makes my day.  I love all the sweets included especially the apple oatmeal cookies.
